Rinse and repeat away game.

Feels like his style has its limits and it’s the end of an era. He will forever be a legend, but if we actually want to move to next step it feels for me end of the road of this Howe time.

He needs to reinvent the side, and him signing Ramsey and Elanga for me says it all. More of same and we can’t afford to continue that.

Doesn’t change anything. Same dull formation/system and makes like for like subs when we clearly can’t break a team down. That was an awful Man Utd team who ended with the kids on and we didn’t test the keeper. Utterly horrendous. How many of these does he get away with?

I still think the clubs atmosphere and successive poor windows has killed us.

I don’t believe in the clubs leadership to take us forward without Howe.

I’m not calling for Howe’s head yet but he was part of the decision making for the poor window. Who spunked £95m on Elanga and Ramsey?

He's definitely struggling to find a way to get his patters and game plans across with the lack of training ground time.

It's something he's going to need to learn to overcome, granted a semi-normal pre-season would help.

Had a lot go against him in the summer, remember that.

That has nothing to do with how we look decent enough at home but turn in spineless pathetic performances week after week on the road.

And whilst I don't disagree with what you're saying he spent £250m on improving the squad in the summer. £100m of that he wasted on Elanga and Ramsey.

True he did- he could also try two strikers or drop a winger that looks like a headless chicken. That's here and now, nothing to do with Isak.

At some point like for like aint working and a plan B would be a nice to have. Were so predictable, tippy tappy and weak.

Sad and predictable responses in here.

Dominated every aspect of the game but couldn't score.  Couldn't find any space against their back 6. Poor subs, someone should have taken their chances for us tonight.

Really, he's not reading the game and reacting anywhere near quick enough. Subs were far too late, Gordon should have been off, Barnes on right doesn't work. He's had how many away games now and even at home hardly electrifying, whatever the plan is it's horrible to watch and we don't see connected to create and score. All that possession 2nd half but fuck all composure where it matters to get us back in it.

Don’t want him gone as I don’t think there’s anyone out there or available that’s an upgrade. If there was though I’d probably think about it at this point. 6 points from 27 away from home, failed to score in 5/9. Look regularly clueless tactically and hopeless in possession. Something’s got to give. Sign some footballers actually half decent at passing the thing in January.

Aye ok Isak thro a spanning the works, but he was able to replace him with a club record singing, replace Wilson who was done with a £40m striker who was one of the best in the league last season. He was given money and brought in a midfielder that Aston Villa were all too happy to sign, and brought in a goalkeeper who wasn’t going to play for us in the league until Pope decided to hand multiple games away and allegedly got injured. He’s brought in a highly rated German CB who played for AC Milan and we can’t stop conceding goals.

It would be idiotic to get rid of him now. Let him see the season out. We’re not likely in any relegation danger. If he finishes like this, then have the convo.

but FFS we’re not getting anyone who would be worth replacing him now.

Only problem if we fail to qualify for Europe of any sort it puts the club back massively.
