With the remaining fixtures.

Crystal Palace (a)

Bournemouth (h)

Arsenal (a)

Brighton (h)

Nottingham forest (a)

Westham United (h)

Fulham (a)

How many can you see us getting?

I've got 4 points at most with a win against forest and a draw at palace.

4 points from a possible 21? Flo must have landed a good one with the rolling pin. Minimum we’ll get is ten, hoping for 15, probably get 12.

Those 3 home fixtures are awful in regard to the opposition, the exact type of opposition we can’t beat at home usually.

However, in that regard I think they’re good fixtures to assess if any lessons are being learned. We should have Bruno and Miley back, so no excuses as far as I’m concerned.

Back to 1 game per week, if Howe can’t get a reaction in these 7 games after the criticism received, I think alarm bells should be ringing.

We struggle to beat Brighton Bournemouth, West ham have turned us over a couple of times at home in the league in the last few years.

Fulham away is normally one sided same with the arsenal.

I make it we got 10points out of the reverse fixtures

Probably about the same again. Though only really fancy West Ham (they'll either be down by then or having to win), law of averages there'll be another win.

Its the only game, possibly dick around with Fulham last day aside, that doesn't give off strong 'this will be shit' vibes.

If we somehow did what feels impossible and finished with 7 wins from 7, for a total of 63 points. Would that then make this season a success and paper over all the flaws we've had this year?

Yes, it would be a success. Paper over for whom? Fans? Probably. Eddie, unless he's a moron no.

At least you'll get to be positively surprised if we get more. I'll keep in mind to remind you that Howe has exceeded your expectations if we drop any points after reaching 4 if I see you sulking on here.

In what way is Fulham away one sided? We seem to win there quite often, including twice in one season the other year, and 4-1 the season before that

  4 points.

We've managed 9 points from our last 7 games including wins against Man Utd and Chelsea. That was in the middle of fixture congestion hell, which is no longer upon us.

We've also put in some good performances lately, I'd argue the first half against Man Utd was the best we've been all season. Would be surprised at anything less than 10 but could quite easily be 15+ if Howe can get them galvanised for the remainder.

Wissa and Wolt at the very least are playing for their futures so it'll be interesting how that affects individual performances.

4 points? I've no idea as we are good enough to win them all.  Though I think we'll get more than 4 points

4 is more likely than 21 that’s for sure.

I’d guess anything between 8-12, some tricky games.

Palace (a) Good time to play them, not historically somewhere we’ve been great.

Bournemouth (h) kryptonite

Arsenal (a) no chance

Brighton (h) kryptonite

Forest (a) good venue recently, them fighting for their lives makes it a tricky game.

West Ham (h) resurgent and fighting for their lives. Should win, wouldn’t be surprised with any result

Fulham (a) always seem to play these last day away from home. Could go either way, but suspect they’ll have a shot of Europe on final day

I think we’ll beat Arsenal. I’ll opt for a minimum of 12 points from that. 1 game per week NUFC are an entirely different animal. The only caveat to that would be if the players check out on Howe or save themselves for the WC.
