Guest
Remember one of the criticisms during the run of draws was a lack of plan B. He's got a plan B and C now and they are all as good as each other.
Ben
Keegan's enthusiasm and drive was amazing, Robson was just a natural incredible man and team manager, Rafa was a tactical mastermind. Howe has a little bit of all of them but I think he's the most professional manager we've had, he's like a hitman.
Weezertron
Wonder if we'll see Isak and Wilson start together before the season done. For as long as Longstaff is out, Isak is clearly our best option at LW. Not that it matters but it'd be fun to see.

samptime29
Mad to think we have had 2 win streaks of 8 wins from 9 games twice. Combined 16 wins from 18 games in those periods. Zesty as fuck Eddie.

Coffee_Johnny
There was an error in the last one of these I posted (apols) before the Spurs game. This is corrected and updated below with the three extra wins since then. Edited May 1, 2023 by Coffee_Johnny Pesky denominators
Likelylad
Just watching the post match presser. Talks so much sense and he’s definitely going to be the first manager to win something for us. Also, I can’t help but feel like he doesn’t like Chris Waugh. Something about the way he looks at him and answers his questions.
KetsbaiaIsBald
I wish I could talk like him. He just nails every interview. He’s patient. Waits for the end of the question.n. Totally composed. Handled the Gordon questions really well.

The most impressive thing, to me, beyond the consistency and 2.00 Points Per Game for 2022 calendar year, is the 69% win percentage (thus far) for 2023. Not meaning to piss on your chips but if we've won 9 from 16 in 2023, that's something like 56% win percentage not 69% surely? And 4 draws from 16 games is exactly 25%. Think you need to redo most of the percentages tbh Edited April 30, 2023 by Sean

timeEd32
I just realized that we're very likely going to lose less games than we've ever lost in a top flight season in the history of the club. As far as I can tell the record is 8, which has happened three times. We lost 10 or 11 a few times in 42 game seasons, but that's still not as good on a per game basis. From relegation places to one of the most impressive seasons in club history is an unbelievable achievement.

The three with 8 losses are: 1995/96, 1996/97, and 2003/04. 1904/05 - 9 losses in 34g 1906/07 - 9 losses in 38g 1908/09 - 9 losses in 38g 1924/25 - 10 losses in 42g 1948/49 - 10 losses in 42g 1926/27 - 11 losses in 42g If we go unbeaten the rest of the season then we'd match the 2009/10 Championship season for fewest losses regardless of division. Another record I never thought I’d see us break is: Fewest goals we have conceded in a season was 33 in 1904/05. We’ve conceded 27 with 5 games to go.
