He can go, he's average.

 

He was brilliant in most of the games I saw. Wouldn't be surprised at all if better teams are sniffing around.

This. Very skeptical when we signed him but at times he looked our best defender. Smart but no-nonsense defender that knows his limitations.

Sky sports transfer centre had two agents text the presenter whilst on screen, that NUFC are interested in signing two other strikers on top of Joelinton. Mbwanna Samatta from Genk, top scorer in the Belgium league last year, born in Tanzania, aged 26. Also Jean-Phillipe Mateta, French striker from FC Mainz, scored 13 last year, aged 22.

Based on purely watching YouTube videos, both look better than Joelinton.

Mateta is very much like Demba Ba in style.

 

For me Mateta & Joelinton would be a long term upgrade on Rondon & Perez.

 

Be surprised if they spend £70million on 2 forwards though.
