We’ve started to see some of the things/gaffs @leffe186mentioned re his time at Spurs. But no player is perfect and he still stands as the best fullback I can recall playing for us. There was a period in the second half that felt like forever where everyone seemed too scared to do anything other than get it to Trippier to whip a cross in. That's where we are now. If Murphy can defy expectations, then living up to them is no longer worthy of comment.
