For ACLs I always factor 1 whole year as a normal recovery.

I've pretty much discounted him being at 100% until next season. This season I hope he comes back and proves his fitness and gets towards 100% of his previous ability or more, But I won't overly judge his performance or his physical recovery until 25/26.

Same with Krafth. He’s more his old self this season after finishing last season on the back of his CL injury.

The club said 9 months at the start, they are still saying 9 months now, given that’s informed by the surgeon and medical staff 9 months and back to playing in December seems reasonable.

He may have a set back, or pick up a niggle, but it’s 5 and a half months in so they’ll know it’s progressing according to plan.

Can't be more than a month away if he's training

I don't think that's "training" so much as muscle building. He might not even be sprinting yet.

Great to see the big fella though.

Will still be December before he's training properly, and next Feb or so before he can play at a diminished level. He'll hopefully be back to normal next season.

I don't believe it until college dropout confirms it.

I still can't get over the fact that he and lascelles got long term injuries at the same time, meaning we spend all our time trying to get a CB and not a RWF or CF

Me too, although limited in football talent, he's rarely let us down and is a real leader of men.

We literally looked better the day Eddie took him out of the side mind. We’re better than players like that now.

Need to have him back asap as his passing between the lines and long ball accuracy is massively missing. Dan Burn defensively has been decent, but his constant sideways/back to pope passing is totally neglecting our play.

No player should be passing back to Pope, but he's not the only one guilty of this. His long ball passing often goes out of play also.
