Dr Jinx
There’s this myth that we have good players going forward.

midds
First game in about 7 years and safe to say they let me down. That was fucking disgraceful. Fair play to Cambridge though, they did all they needed to.
McCormick
We’re fucked, like. A week until the biggest game of our season and this is what we serve up? Christ alive, doesn’t exactly bode well. Such a shit-show we are.

Too late for them now. Anyone in negotiations will be running a fucking mile. An incredible hammer blow to confidence just when we looked like we were turning a corner. Couldn't have asked for better support, better circumstances and the players have let everyone down. On this evidence it's hard to have confidence the players have the mentality to turn it round. If we had a striker playing today we likely would have won. Not like we can't do with better CBs but two potentially brand new to the league CBs scares the shit out of me. 2 strikers and a DM is absolute the only priority for us right now. Dandy Man
Whatever about the quality of the current squad they are still easily good enough to beat that opposition. Too many passengers in midfield and no focal point for attacks aside from speculative crosses with Cambridge having nine men back defending. Current version of ASM a dead loss, takes ten touches and runs into dead ends.

The images from VAR showed they weren't looking at the offside when Shelvey touched it, it was from the initial pass. They probably did with how useless of a system it is. ASM , all wind and fart Almiron, honking Longstaff, go Schar , looks lost The rest , pathetic Who was captain? As has been said our first touch is horrific, if we don't buy 4 next week the Watford will be a loss . No strikers can't defend, no hope if this is it . Sort the cunt out once and for all, pay the money and get players in, or we are gone . Calm down. This game was never important. Our focus is now on the league. We should’ve scored 2-3 goals but their goalkeeper took everything. However, with a proper striker we would have scored. Lets get some new players in and prepare for the Watford game.
