STM
I'd love to think that Tielmans' value had dropped enough for us to scoop a bargain. If he's late in his deal, 20m should do it. If that did happen, I could see us allowing Longstaff, Willock or Shelvey to leave.
SUPERTOON
Tielemans , new RW and striker and we would have a starting 11 to rival anyone outside of the top 5 imo.
The Butcher
Longstaff just signed a new deal. He won't leave. Shelvey has one year left. Either he gets a new deal this summer or he's off. Hope it's the latter.

r0cafella
I don’t think we can get tielmans sadly. Pretty sure he’s after CL.
Guest
Wow, Tielemans, Joelinton & Bruno. No ball winner as such but we didn’t really have one during the Robson era either. We’d definitely keep the ball more with Tielemans & Bruno together. Count me in.

Even if he plays his best he has no business being in a team trying to challenge towards the top 8 or so in the league.

Tielemans, Ekitike, Broja on loan, that’d be us sorted.

Impartial ratings (I think), averaged around 7 in the league. https://www.whoscored.com/Players/136345/Show/Youri-Tielemans Edited July 2, 2022 by Optimistic Nut

He’s good for 5-6 goals and assists a season which is something we’ve lacked hugely from CM for years. Him & Bruno could get that a season which would take the pressure of Joelinton’s poor end product from us a bit in that area. Good vision, passer and knows the league. xLiaaamx
I'm not choosy, any good centre midfielder will do me. I don't think 5 is enough if you play 3, we ran out against Chelsea and had to change shape.
Dr Jinx
Why not both? Paqueta wouldn’t add anything defensively but going forward he’d be great, why couldn’t he take that wide right forward slot? (Which is as much in midfield as it is in the final third)
The Butcher
Liverpool should be all over him. They need an upgrade in that RCM position.

Guest
Would feel to me a sideways move for Tielemans, though. He’s 3 years ahead of Bruno in his Premier League career. He’s done his yards playing in the 5th-8th placed zone. He’s good enough for a top 4 club now, he doesn’t need to be part of the journey of us getting there over the next few years.
