Hugo Ekitike (not playing for Liverpool for a while)

For Liverpool being cunts last summer (and all the time).

That's Ekitike's fault? Warrants revelling in seeing a player get a serious career threatening long term injury?

Who gives a fuck man, whatever we think or do has no bearing on it.

That's awful to hear. I wouldn't wish that on any player regardless of who he plays for.
Wishing the lad a speedy recovery.

Meh! He'll live.

Terrible for him, he was looking like a pretty decent player. I don't much harbor a grudge against him despite him picking other clubs over us, surely many (most?) players with no affinity to Newcastle would do the same.

While I don't wish injury on anyone, it has the potential to really derail Liverpool so that's pretty funny given how they (and Isak) went about the summer.

So now Ekitike is out and watching Isak take his place, which he presumably thought was his when he signed. Not really working out for anyone, that Liverpool 'power play'.

Pressure is on Isak to deliver now and somehow get fit enough to play a full game, which he often isn't capable of even when a lot fitter with us.

Just asked a question about what the Karma was that I was maybe missing mate, I don't get it, certainly no interest in back and forth arguments with people online though so yeah, ignore me :)

I'm 8 weeks into an Achilles rupture and i wouldn't wish it on anyone, its a very nasty injury especially for a sportsman. My physio said its tough to ever get back to how you were before.

He and his agent fucked us around twice, hope his legs both fall off

Isn’t it worse than an ACL post-recovery? Dont people never fully recover their explosive pace after an Achilles snap? Whereas with an ACL it typically takes a long time to get back to full speed even after the recovery period is long gone but nowadays people will invariably get back there

Torn ([emoji38]) on this really. Ekitike is a prick but at least he goes some way to keeping Isak out of the team. Last thing I want is Isak getting a run of games and finding some form. All I want for that rat cunt is total and abject failure for the rest of his career, even if it meant Ekitike doing well.

Of course, ideally they're both completely fucked.

People are getting better at coming back from it as time goes on but yeah Achilles is fkn nasty.

He could be genuinely fucked.

Having your 2 superstar strikers suffer catastrophic injuries in the same season is harsh luck. Hopefully the Liverpool board factor this in and keep Slot for next season!
