Think last night was the end of Eddie Howes v2 team.

If we lose players and start again with funds to get his first choice players rather than 5th or 6th that's ok.

I know we will not have champions League players but players who fit his team formation, dynamic and long term vision is essential.

We are a football club.. players come, players go

We can't lose more than 1 or 2 good players and really there's no reason why we should. One below-average season doesn't give every player the licence to demand out.

Mate, we're selling everyone.

Get with the online crew and overreact to everything!

I’ve said it before, but I honestly don’t think Bruno gets a move upwards now.

He’s a great player, but he’s not Real Madrid good, and at the age of 29, Man Utd should be looking at the next Bruno.

I can believe rumours about Tonali, and Livramento. I can believe that some teams might look at Osula and think they can get something out of him, or some Turkish team will be stupid enough to pay us what we paid for Wissa. I can believe that there will be massive interest in Hall, although I doubt his interest in a move right now.

I find it hard to believe that any team is looking at Bruno and thinking that there is value in him at £80m-£100m.

I probably told myself the same with Isak in July last year when that first came out as well

Fair, but Liverpool were league champions and had a full time manager in place. There's also no way Bruno would pull the same stunt as Isak either.

Real I'd get, but not Man United.

Hope you're right

Still got that bitter taste hanging around from last summer.

Bruno is 28. You could easily get 3-4 great years out of him still, his game is not built on pace. He's younger than the likes of Barella, for example, and Fabian Ruiz.

We may not have European football next season.

Player careers are short.

We should not be naive like what happened with Isak thinking he'll stay.

Manu may be in the champions league spot as well. Bruno will want it.

Important is we must find a great replacement and not wait till the last minute for so called premier proven players who turn out to be crap.

Important to keep in mind that it was reported that selling Bruno was our plan A option (release clause) the summer we had PSR struggles.

Maybe the ownership/decision makers really are that disconnected from the reality of what Bruno offers - which is that he is the heartbeat of our side, on and off the pitch, as well as a talisman and symbol of what the club represents and is trying to become. If they see him purely as an asset who will soon be depreciating in value, maybe they will be looking to sell.

In my opinion, he is irreplaceable and the prospect of him going to another PL side is fucking horrendous. I do think it might be enough for me to consider packing it in were it to happen.

He'd been here 18 months at that point and wasn't captain etc along with being the player most likely to generate a big fee. it would still have been a stupid decision but his standing at the club has improved (from a very high position anyway) since then

Already dreading this summer tbh.

If you find a way to disengage completely, short of going to Bora Bora for 10 weeks, please let me know.

I hear accommodation is cheap is Israel at the minute. Not that easy to get a flight. Travel time may take up a fair bit of the 10 weeks.

Will be interesting to see some change I think

Thought everyone hated our team and manager and neither are good enough

Why? You know we can decide who to sell?

I mean, I don't believe we're selling everyone as that's just stupid, but while the decision to sell is ultimately ours, the summer tells us that it isn't really.

Think this squad is getting blown up this summer if any of the rumours ring true, potentially losing Tino, Tonali, Bruno, Willock and Hall, while Pope, Burn, Schar and Trippier are on the decline, Lascelles and Krafth gone, Wissa being left in Istanbul and Woltemade getting marched back to Germany.

Absolutely no chance we sell that many important players. It'll be Tino and maybe Tonali, but not both full backs and both important central midfielders. It would completely destroy us.

We have to look at the right wing, goalkeeper and striker positions before anyone is sold. Players who are likely heading out the door such as Tripps and Willock will need replacing too. If we add replacing several key players to that load we'll be in serious trouble of massive regression come the start of the season.

There is no way we sign a RW imo.
