BergenMagpie
Love how Soton had all the momentum in the start of the 2nd half until Roberts went down in his own box with a head injury for 3-4 mins and killed it all off. Remember Soton got "praised" for doing tactical "injuries" when they were on their back foot during their winning streak, but their fans got absolutely pissed by our players doing the same when we beat them. Their fans seem like a bunch of bellends. The way most of them on that forum went on when our game down there got called off was embarrassing. We were one of a handful of teams not to have a game called off for covid at that time. Glad we turned the cunts over.
Fantail Breeze
Who would’ve thought Burnley might actually be able to play football if you boot that overrated dinosaur into touch.

MagMal
Still massively pissed off that we didn't beat Everton, they would be proper in the shit by now. Burnley are a stain on football but I would rather they stay up over Everton.
The Prophet
I bet the Burnley manager thought that was a thriller.

Billy Warthog
Squeaky bum time for the scouse mackems. But I still reckon it'll be between Burnley and Leeds fighting it out for the third relegation place this time next month.
BlackandWhite
I love having the luxury of supporting Burnley for their run-in now in the hopes the scouse mackems get a long overdue humbling.
JumpersForGoalposts
If it pans out nicely, we could well be cheering on Burnley to beat us last game of the season to see the scouse mackems flushed. That would be delicious.

How I yearn for boring 7th place.
54
Quote Last season, Everton beat Liverpool at Anfield in a 2-0 win. Lampard discusses what it will take to repeat last season's win. "You can't always control the result. This game brings a different energy to it. I expect passion, fight and desire. There's not a game plan in the world that will work without that." That is such a weird statement to be making

Guybrush
Has some Aston Villa cheering as we got relegated vibes this. I remember thinking that was bizarre too. Part of that whole love an underdog mentality Aston Villa fans didn’t do owt wrong, no idea why a majority of our fans base got so upset by it. It’s exactly what is happening here with Everton and that’s fine. That’s football. A bit like how we all enjoy Man Utd failing, or the potential for Chelsea to go bust.
