He comes into the job and smashes up the good bits of what came before and then just eats all the bacon rather than do any other work. He did ok points wise with Rafa's blueprint and better investment. When that stopped working, he had no clue. Whether he won promotion with WBA or did as bad as he did, that has no impact on his time with us.
