Testing times for them mentally and questions as to whether they are genuine. Failed to beat Preston, QPR & Coventry (2 nil up at home will sting for a while), all of which you'd have thought they would have done so (if genuine). More favoured teams starting to pick up points/form and close the gap. Now the games come fast coming into xmas and then into the New Year. Looks like they may have shot their load a little too early.

One thing is for sure, the crowd won't be able to handle the nerves and will turn as soon as a little bit of pressure comes their way.

They've had their best start to the season for about 50 years apparently, had some ridiculous slices of luck and a favourable fixture list and they're still not clear by any meaningful amount of points. Not denying they're much improved or playing shit but I can't help but feel it can only go one way for the rest of the season as the fixtures equalise a bit and they're given a tougher game each week (they've played the current bottom 10 teams in their 15 fixtures)

7th (ish) place awaits

This is the exact sort of quote you would have seen on RTG when we were storming the championship

Watch any Championship game on TV and then you'll agree with him. There's a reason that the 3 teams relegated from the PL last season were the 3 who'd just came up.

Championship is getting weaker every year. Look at the calibre of players (and manager) we had least time we were in it and we just managed to pip Brighton on the final day. Compare that with what's sitting top at the moment and you'll see what I mean.
