Although Leeds somewhat contradict your last sentence. They've played some lovely stuff and been involved in a lot of entertaining games.

Leeds are also still very nervous about going down whereas these are safe as houses now.

 

Is that kind of football horrible to watch? Absolutely. But if you're one of their fans you'd take it over getting twatted 3-0 most weeks.

Hotel's do this all the time. Hyatt Regency Lake Washington at Seattle's Southport but it's in Renton - a standalone city - and right next to the Boeing 737 factory. Great view of it, and the fresh planes taking off :)
