Posted before, obvs. Bunch of us in a bar, late on, on Matthew Street iirc. Pretty lass standing near the bar caught my eye. Only she's got this bloke in her ear. Me, being a seasoned people watcher, deduce they don't know eachother and his patter isn't making her day 😉 He goes off to the bog I neck my drink and go over to the bar. Asked her if she's "alreet" etc etc She says she is but he's doing her napper in but, adds, he's a Geordie like you. "Is he?" "Yeah, says he's from Newcastle" Anyways, me being married and not on the pull everything was very relaxed and we really got on. She wasn't after anything either, tbf 😂 Massive lads fan comes back from the bog and tries to muscle back in and I ask "I hear ya from the toon, whereabouts?"
