They've had a bigger FAC R3 gate than us once in 45years. That they've plucked that one exception to try and prove a point should prove the rule.

I generally hate the attendance chat, but something surely happened for them to have so few people there? If that's just the natural attendance for the match and there's no real reason no one showed up then that's truly shocking like.

Yeah but lots of South Tyneside is closer to Sunderland than it is Newcastle, and the biggest town, South Shields is definitely nearer to Sunderland so, a bit like them, that doesn’t really wash.

Total bollocks, there is less than 14 miles between the two clubs. They have the same catchment area as us and that's why they go off on one with regards to Durham mags. It also has fuck all to do with them only getting 15000
