Considering how shit most of the players are, the gulf in class still showed, that’s down to Howe and his team and the work they’ve put in. They’ve made Joelinton - a 40m flop - into a top-class player FFS! I was concerned when the starting 11 was announced, but easily our easiest victory of the season. And Willock was brilliant off the ball and out of possession. Maxi coming deep to collect allowed our midfielders to bomb on, it looked like we were playing with 10 men for the past 6 weeks rather than 11 - the difference in our approach play was huge.
