That lass whose whole identity is football-related political activism is taking action over how politics and activism have no place in football again

Hard to believe that someone who identifies as a lesbian who grew up in the North East in the 90’s-00’s would be so vocal against trans rights, and now LBGTQ rights.

Absolutely fucking thick as fuck.

I’ve now read the full article and I still don’t really understand what her actual complaint is?

Not sure I really want to tbh.

Lawyers must love shit like this.

It started out as her calling trans people peadophiles amongst other things. Her whole online persona was about NUFC, NUFC in her name, as her profile picture, all over her bio, so much so that she was one of the main search results on Twitter when searching the clubs name.

The club banned her because they couldn’t guarantee the safety of trans people in the stadium if she came across them.

All of a sudden she started crying her eyes out to all the rags. She even had a go fund me campaign to help her fight it.

In the end she ended up going on GB News and they amongst Reform backers are now backing her with funds for her legal fights. She’s even started encouraging people to back reform in elections.

In the most recent courts case the club pointed to the Premier Leagues handbook. So now she is going after them.

It’s basically just a Reform PR campaign now.

Pulled this together following chat in Relegationometer, but probably belongs here. Lots of discussion re our proneness to late goals and suggestion we are running out of steam/don’t have mentality to finish matches. May be truth in that! But this gives a slightly different perspective on our proneness to late goals.

Including cup games, we have scored 26 goals and conceded 25, from 71 mins onwards.

Couple of things stand out for me re leaking goals, the number we concede at the end of the first half 41-50 mins, and how many we have conceded beyond 90 minutes; some real sucker punches. Plus how many we score/few we concede in first ten minutes.

Could be completely wrong here, but seem to recall that SEB refers to Sophie Ellis-Bextor.  Something to do with a joke with the punchline "Murder on Zidane's floor" being posted multiple times, so it's now used to refer to something which is potentially posted more than once.

I think it did originate from RTG.

This probably sits best in here.

Our current 42 points is below our (NUFC) average points return in PL era (48 points end of April) and, unless we win all our remaining games, will stay that way (ave is 53 points in 38 games).

We are well below our EH's NUFC average (58 points end of April).

5:30pm kick off on a Sunday? Announced 2.5 weeks before the fixture? So that no league game clashes with the FA Cup final which for some reason is being played before the end of the season?
