OpenC
Lad who watches Alnwick Town hasn't worn his Isak 9 Liverpool shirt since he started to play for them. Got it the day he signed, never seen since

Dr.Spaceman
It has been fairly evident that Ekitike > Isak so far this season, but their relentless pursuit of helping Isak find some form may have cost them in some games. And had Ekitike not been injured last night it would have been interesting to see how they continued with Isak's reintegration into the side at his expense. Given Ekitike's questionable character it could have resulted in Liverpool finding themselves two strikers down in the summer, although at this stage I'm not sure which top CL side is watching Isak this season thinking he'd be a great addition. Either way this along with Spurs & then Arsenal trying not to win the league has provided some light relief from our own shit show.

andyc35i
I’ve seen a few Liverpool games with him playing and he seems to be playing within himself as if he doesn’t trust his body anymore. I think he’s got some long term injury issues that are on the back of his mind and worried he’ll break down. I felt this way a lot times when watching him for us towards the end. If we hadn’t wasted the money from the sale, it was a fantastic piece of business looking back on it
JP
Mental by Slot to start him knowing he could only do 45-60 mins. 5 months off and Isak basically in pre-season friendly territory and he starts him against PSG in CL quarters. Gakpo and Rio must be sat on the bench thinking what is going on here?

Granted Isak was far better than all of these from the off, it took him a season or two to mould Isak into the striker he became.

It used to be a joy to read when they fail, such a bunch of plastics who have picked a successful club to support and consider only one trophy a poor season. Nowt against their real fans from Liverpool.

kingxlnc
Weirdly with salah going and Ekitike injured he has to get the most out of Isak so I can see them bidding for Jacob Murphy this summer based on what he said at the start that we don’t have a Murphy profile in the squad
