Infinitely Content
If he were to leave, PSG for his true value would be best case scenario, but I'm struggling to see it. They've a settled superstar forward line of Kvaratskhelia - Dembele - Doue. One of them would have to drop out of the first team, likely Doue. Or perhaps they're lavish enough they could afford to have Isak rotate with Dembele.

We haven't tried our luck at all with any of that, and we're infinitely more marketable than Nottingham fucking Forest

Mattoon
I'm choosing to take a step back, a deep breath and take the club line for truth until it's confirmed otherwise. It doesn't look good, the scousers have made it well known they want him and it's got to be appealing to think he could win it all with them, but it is absolutely sickening to the stomach that he might go there, the mere thought of it and their reaction to getting him would be enough for me to switch off completely, cannot stand the arrogant narcissists already without this. If this happens it just proves the premier league is broken, we should be kicking on and looking to improve again on last year, not selling the family jewels to survive. Anyway, Isak is our player until he is not, until officially otherwise, this is just a cruel coincidence.

Earp
If he’s been offered an improved contract then the club should announce it and put the ball firmly in Isak’s court. If he hasn’t then the club’s a complete shit show
KaKa
Can't be mad at Isak at all really. He's done exceptionally well, and he's reached a level that commands huge wages on the market. Even with him leaving he'll get us a nice sum of money. The only thing we have to ask of him and in fact insist upon is that he does not join any of these other clubs in the Prem. I don't think that is too big a request. And so both he and his agent need to figure that out and reach out to whichever other clubs interest them. The absolute disgrace if this man ends up at Liverpool man. No way.

Take your pick: player trading (more situations like Kelly, or even just how Villa have done it), selling assets to ourselves, going for loopholes, going wild with sponsorships, taking the points hit, having a legal team, going litigious, and probably much more. If Isak goes abroad I'd actually give the club some credit, it could revolutionise everything. If we sell him to Liverpool it's an absolute joke. sushimonster85
I still tend to believe this is a mixture of minor injury and posturing for new contract, but if he is trying to force something, he isn't doing himself any favours fitness wise. Say the worst happens and he goes to Liverpool, that's not something that will be sorted before the middle of next week. At which point he will have had basically no pre-season with 2 and a half weeks left till the opening game.
