Isak's just sitting at home, not wanting to be on the team. If he was playing, we spank them four nil for sure, and could even win some trophies this season.

We've got passion, grit, spirit, heart and a real team vibe. You can see it and feel it on and off the pitch, like with Bruno today. He was massive. It's a shame it's come to this with him, but he's gotta be feeling a little regret after seeing that, right?

The reason we haven't signed a replacement for Wilson isn't that Isak is still here, though.

Disagree with that a bit mind. Don't think Brentford hold out for that much for Wissa if they don't expect us to sell Isak.

Isak fucking us about this summer has changed our entire window, going from looking for a second striker to both a first and second, without even being certain that we will need that first one has thrown us off so much.

If Isak doesn't kick off this summer, I'm fairly certain we would have our Wilson replacement in already.

Don't think Liverpool will be back in with a serious bid anyway. They will be thinking Ekitike looks the business.

Isak will have to mend relations.

I think he'll have to come back in and just play for a transfer next year.  I think that's the best he can do.

We could use the midfield injuries as a convenient way to say we're selling due to needing to strengthen midfield, go get Gallagher, Wissa and one other and go big next summer on the Isak replacement.

Fuck that.

I agree, we have to move on, the club have already fucked up with three non sales, we are going to have to get in a routine of buy, buy, sell, buy, buy, sell.

Well yeah, tell him he's here until someone pays £200m for him. Either out the graft in and show the world you're worth it or you're here until you're about to turn 29. Have fun getting 300k a week then, fuckface

Too much water under the bridge now, can’t see any of the players wanting him back never mind the fans.

Could do with a vote to see how many would like him to stay vs how many would like him to leave..

Buy a couple of average joes and sell anybody good to the big six just to keep the wheels turning? Sounds fucking amazing, sign me up

Think our resolve to dig in tonight will be even stronger. Isak is obviously career focused (as he should be, to a good degree) so he can't sit out a year. Football moves far too quickly. If he wants big bucks and out, he'll have to keep on performing like a big boy.

New contract, no payrise, time-limited release clause or something. We get in someone who can get serious minutes if he decides to play twat again.

New contract offered, big wage increase, non-English Champions League clause if we fail to qualify for the Champions league offered.

Has this happened or are you just projecting.
