Ironically I don’t think he could. Haaland is absolutely insane, but he’s not creative at all. He’s just a goal scoring battering ram.

That's why I said it. We've got a goal and assist machine.

I reckon he could play off the left, you know?

Up top, left, right, and behind the striker.

He's a complete modern day striker. Get him the ball in a bit of space and terrible things are going to happen to the opposition.

Can't lie it was quite annoying when people were arguing that he couldn't play as a wide forward when we first got him. He is terrifying with the ball at his feet in those areas.

The glorious gazelle, running rampant through the tall Everton grass, skipping gallantly as he leaves the other animals in his dust, gleefully maneuvering like a soft whisper in the wind and issuing the sucker punch into the ground of Goodison.

Big difference between "couldn't" and "shouldn't".

All the new signings since the takeover have been sensational.

The thing they've added to the other players, is that they've made them better by making previous players hungrier,

Isak is incredible, if he could play like that on the left, then there's no reason Callum Wilson doesn't play with him.

He was lethal out wide and cuts in with ease.

I'm fucking lost for words here, I knew he was good and could do this, i knew he was an elite footballer, i didn't expect that dribble today. That was Henry. That was Neymar, that was a world class footballer.

Reminded me a bit of that Berbatov Vs West Ham one where he dribbles along the touchline except even better. That one was replayed for years and years so I hope this one is similarly replayed.

Between that today and the Willock assist at the weekend we're witnessing sheer footballing porn at the moment.

The elite clubs in Europe slept on this man. And we got him at the right time. Don’t care if I get laughed at, I think this lad is one of the top 5 forwards in the world.

One of my good friends is an Arsenal fan and he is dying right now, when they were getting linked loads I told him that he'd be amazing at Arsenal and he kept going on about his goal scoring record in Spain that last season.

I tried to tell him with the more open game here he would run riot and he wasn't having it ;D

To my shock we then got him towards the end of the window and I told him he was going to be sick once Isak got going. He is suffering right now man!

A goal resulting from where Isak receives the ball with that many defenders in place is Messi level.

Maybe he'll never do it again, but wow, jaw dropping stuff.

Maybe he will do it again, maybe it's Maybelline.
