The Prophet
Never trust Edward Howe when it comes to team news. It was most likely always the plan to start Wilson Saturday and Isak v Dortmund.

The College Dropout
Aye Howe is notoriously coy about fitness in press conferences. He’s one of the worst in the league from a FPL perspective. A lot of other managers just say how it is. But of Isak hasn’t trained for a week - he won’t start. BonesJones
Need to get this guy back on the first page. I'd imagine he starts against Dortmund? You'd think with Wilson playing against Palace and Isak being well up for this game, he would start. What was the 'injury' he had which made him drop out of the Sweden game? I'm thinking he gets two goals against them, tearing Hummels inside out. Edited October 22, 2023 by BonesJones
gbandit
He definitely starts against Dortmund and he definitely scores
Ikon
Always nice to score against your old team. Especially one where you didn’t really play much. Edited October 22, 2023 by Ikon

Turnbull2000
Ughh. Looked like a hamstring? Losing tonight and losing Isak for 6 weeks would be a pretty depressing evening.

High pressing + midweek games is a recipe for disaster for us.

Amir_9
Gutted about his injury - him in any half vein of form for today's match we would have at least drawn imo
The College Dropout
Seems a bit fragile this lad. I hope the injury is nothing too serious. We missed him majorly. We were landing punches with him on the pitch. When he went off we stopped playing in the first half.
Jesse Pinkman
Unfortunately they were testing for an ACL injury before he came off. Looks like it could be a long lay off.

Physically don't think Wilson would be capable of playing that many games if so. Half the time it seems like he's not even training with the group as it is. Might need to try Gordon up front?
