Just having a look and after today Forest's next 6 fixtures are the following

 

Bournemouth (a)

Brighton (H)

Fulham (a)

Newcastle (a)

Arsenal (H)

City (H)

 

If they are still top 5 after the City game then I think they will clinch a CL spot

It is a shame this PSR nonsense arose as soon as Newcastle had money to spend. Minteh and Anderson are good young players who would have easily transitioned into impactful subs or starters this season. Both have a place in the squad right now, tbh. Sold to improve some nonsensical financial metric.

We'd probably have kept Wood for squad depth too. 

 

Football is properly soured for me.
