EPL table looking grim for us. We just dont have the players to go on a consistent run in the league, especially when we're on Europe. We have a front 3 of 1 very good striker and 2 bog standard wingers that rarely score. The big teams have a front 3 of 1 very good main striker, and 2 very good strikers that are also good on their respective wings (with extras on the bench that are equally good).

 

We need to stock up on goal scorers that can play instead of our Gordon, Barnes etc, then we'll maybe be a regular match up for the big teams while sweeping the other teams aside more regularly. Where the money comes from to do that though, I don't know 😕.

Calendar year (2025) table. Liverpool have conceded 35 in 28, worse than all but Brighton in the top 10, and only because Brighton lost to Forest 7-0 in one game. Now under two points a game, which isn't league winning form.
