Yes there's obviously misogyny and racism, yes there are rubbish male figures who get gigs, and yes she's had some unfair stuff thrown at her that a white male wouldn't. However, the rubbish male figures don't get the big gigs and it doesn't seem to have crossed her mind that she might not be getting as much work as she did because she now has a reputation for being rubbish, partly due to systemic misogynism and racism, but also completely justifiably. Individually she's not particularly good and also quite an unlikeable personality imo. But it's clear from listening to her that to her missing out is only possibly happening because of her gender and race.
