In my lifetime, I've not known Match of the Day without him presenting, he's easily the best Sports presenter in the country, and to me is the gold standard in the industry. It's going to be sad when he leaves, and very weird without him there every Saturday.

It'll rightfully go to Mark Chapman, who is a very solid understudy and great on 5live (Along with Steve Crossman fwiw), but I'd love it to go to Colin Murray, he's another great presenter. 

 

I also think I speak for everyone when I say, thank fuck its not going to be Jenas.

I knew Steve Crossman a bit growing up and still weirds me out hearing his voice on radio. If he gets MotD will totally freak me out
