Serious nostalgia trip looking at the likes of the 2002 World Cup ball and the various Premier League balls from back then. Honestly thinking about starting a collection of World Cup balls. This is the GOAT for me: We played with these at school in the 80's. My wife bought me 1 for my 50th.

Kid Icarus
The Ultimax is a bit of a Mandela Effect thing for me. For years and years I had thought that it was the Mitre Delta that was used in the Premier League rather than the Ultimax so it was nearly always the Delta that we would play with. Couple of other notable GOAT balls for me are the Tango (1978-88), Questra (1994), Tricolore (1998) and Roteiro (2004) Bought a Tango reissue a few years ago and yeah, it's not a Tango like. Shout out to the size 4 Mitre Tactics pumped up to 40psi that we used at school and would put you in hospital if you headed them. TheBrownBottle
The adidas Telstar Durlast remains the greatest of all for me. Love watching the ball spinning crosses and shots from the ‘70 and ‘74 WCs with these bad boys. A true design classic, beautiful in its simplicity

The kit, those boots, the way he played with such skill and speed. I was aware of him briefly before but was only 9 in 1998 so too young to appreciate and was harder to see foreign football back then. But after that world cup I was an ultra fan of his for life. Remember being gutted when all the final drama happened with him.
