Wasn't really saying we can't get something its more if we lose its no big deal because they've been in crazy form all season. Theres points to be had in every other game though assuming City are still struggling.

I know what you mean, beating Man City away would be more beneficial than beating Liverpool away.

We aren't gonna catch Liverpool.

@Yorkie hoping that maybe, just maybe, a true successor to 'leaving the atmosphere' has been anointed

could do with seeing the original source of this to see if it is a true heir

Quick glance at our fixtures and we should honestly win the next 6 games. (all comps)

Football isn't as easy as that I'm afraid, every chance we'll slip up to someone unexpected

Champions league qualification season we won 19 games and averaged 1.87pts per game.

Won 10 already so we could well exceed that, or certainly be very close.

If Isak stays fit!

(These are Howe's seasons, hence 21/22 had a good ppm).

The problem here is clearly the shit start we had. We already have as many losses as we did in the 22/23 season.

We have to turn some of those draws into wins or well fall short. And we still have some tough away games to play (Liverpool, man city).

We must make SJP to be more than just a fortress where we don't lose, but a place where we win at a high clip.

We can make some serious ground on teams above and around us over the next few fixtures should we get results. If we don't we still have the fact that we are a bunch of massive battlers and we will get results in the fixtures we least expect...in Eddie we trust

I've got to admit that I've started to dream of something more than top four and the League Cup. Liverpool are the only team that's significantly better than us, and they will have to face a heavy fixture load. They've got a great squad, but if Van Dijk gets injured.....

It's possible, that's all I'm saying.

If it doesn't happen, you are to blame.

One game at the time, starting tomorrow.

the possibilities have ensured virtually no projection in this camp, a sense of curious wonder ensues looking at the table
