A mackem sent this to me, very strange narrative. Mad to have so many fans absolutely rattled.

Embarrassing what 'journalists' do these days.  'Here's an article on what some cunts said on twitter'.

How much to these fuckers get paid these days?  It has to be buttons.  No-one is paying a proper wage for this shite.

This pronunciation is definitely a pet hate of mine.

I've never met anyone who doesn't say 'Leeziz'.  What part of deepest darkest Durham is the bloke from?  Or is it one of those Northumbrian pit yakker villages where the vowels are all fucked.  Like Ershingtin.

To Italian reporters:

“The first impressions are positive. I met the people who wanted me at all costs and who can’t wait to work with me.

It was the most difficult choice of my career, but it was a choice that had to be made now and we made it.

Milan welcomed me like a son and I'll never forget it for the rest of my life. I'll thank them forever. I love everyone who worked with me, and my former team-mates. I’ll always watch Milan, and I’ll always be their fan.

It was a choice I had to make and I made it at the right time.”

Sorry, it was his choice? But I thought he was ridden out of town at gunpoint and cried the whole way to Newcastle airport?

Fantastic, that. Jokes about his expressions aside, the move will obviously be a big deal for him and I'm sure it'll have been an enormous wrench to leave Milan. You've only got to look at Bruno to see the weight in making new players from the continent feel loved, so it's important we do the same with Sandro. Wor Flags, as usual, setting the pace impeccably with that effort.

I wasn't sure at first, but the more I find out about this signing, the more I like it.

Eddie seems to want to create a high-energy, versatile midfield with all rounders rather than specialists, and he fits that pattern. We also seem to zero in on players whose careers have dipped a bit after a promising start, (eg Isak, Gordon) snapping them up while the bigger clubs are focused on those who are currently in the limelight.

Yeah, it all smells right, this.
