Saw that on twitter this afternoon. If its true then I wouldn't be surprised to see a few surprise top class signings but it'll probably be July onwards

Just been on the phone to my plumber, getting a new bath installed on Monday

Brighton signing that Greek kid, and the odd loan made permanent (Todibo, Alcaraz). But not really, no.

And Brighton one of the teams with more PSR bandwidth than us. Also if rumours were true WHU didn’t want to sign Todibo but it was conditional

Apart from the usual suspects in the sweet shop the market is quiet again.

There's this guy Abdul Fatawu at Leicester, he might be available for ~30m if they need to sell.. left footed RW.. missed all last season injured but I've seen him a couple of times in the Championship, he'd be an asset for us right away and he's still very young.

Although the top RW target SHOULD BE Roony Bardghji, contract expiring in Dec, so basically free. Also missed last season with knee injury but he's an unreal talent and he has already proven it at CL level. Maybe a little too short, therefore unathletic enough for Eddie's liking.. but there are bargains on the market - I still can't believe that we're targeting exclusively PL players.

Marseille are offering €1 million and 5% sale clause.

Get him for £5 million or a bit less and I think he could be the long term RW for us. Low risk spend for a high ceiling

I'm not sure a £60m player equates to 120k a week wages either. Surely they'd want more than that in today's money.

Depends a lot on where we sign them from, Isak was that but impossible with players from PL.

I think there are some understandable concerns about no business yet, although it is early. Having said that we have failed to strengthen in 3 consecutive windows, and after last summers nightmare, I can understand a few doubts amongst us.

It is not understandable to be concerned about no business yet. It’s mad.
