Moose
That was the kind of performance that puts the big fish in the European pond on high alert. If the club hierarchy even dream about selling him, they better wake up and apologise Throw the bag at him, tie him down for life
Gallowgate Toon
Such a baller. I still want to see him in midfield at some point. That ability to snake through is so good to watch.

The Prophet
25 minutes ago, Kid Icarus said: Should be a lesson really. The fact that a few (and it is a minority) immediately leapt on Thiaw last night, have downplayed Ramsey’s recent form and can't just say "well played" when Elanga has a good game is very telling. The Prophet
Also Hall is fucking class. Hope he's here for years.
Ikon
Said it before! He’s so good that he could easily have played for that prime Barca with Xavi, Iniesta and so on. What a player!
Kid Icarus
The thing about Hall for me is that I'm still constantly surprised by his dribbling. His success rate when taking players on is unreal, he's almost more like tricky right winger who'd cut inside and shoot.
Smal
still not worked out why opposition teams seem surprised that he can dribble past them all. Nobody seems to have tried to stop him. he has the natural balance of Ben Arfa. They’ve done so well to work with him physically to get this level out of him. AyeDubbleYoo
His small size and low centre of gravity is a big advantage, along with body strength. He's almost like a tiny Joelinton the way he can roll people and get himself between them and the ball. But better when running with it too. Thumbheed
Is he wasted at left back?
Smal
well he’s definitely not wasted there, no. I do think he’d make a ludicrous CM - either 6 or 8 - but we don’t have another dedicated left back in the entire squad so it’s a bit of a pointless debate atm. Lush Vlad
Some boy. Not sure what else to say about him, really?! Running out of ways to describe how good he is
Marquee Moon
Quickly rising up the ranks of my favourite Toon players, unbelievable talent. He makes everything he does look piss easy as well.
Sir Joel Inton
The best player we have at the club, on current form. Should be protected at all costs. You just know come the World Cup, an overweight and useless Luke Shaw will slot in ahead of him
SteV
Suspect we’ll offer him an improved contract in the summer. I hope we do anyway. Seems like he’s got three years left and is on average money (by PL standards). Give him a significant bump and get another three years whacked on top. Paully
Best left-back in the world by a mile!
Jewel
10 minutes ago, Paully said: Best left-back in the world by a mile! And worryingly, the rest of the world is starting to sit up and take notice. He's going to be coveted by all of the elite clubs in the 12-18 months.
Infinitely Content
Was watching Nico O'Reilly for City last night, he was absolutely awful - I'm sure he's a really good midfielder, but never in a million years is he a full back. And Skelly shouldn't even be in the conversation. Hall is miles ahead of all the competition at left back for England, should honestly be the easiest position to select for after Pickford, Rice and Kane. Defensively I think Ferland Mendy is the best but he's never fit.
AyeDubbleYoo
I was discussing this at work and I honestly couldn't think of anyone who was near Hall (for England). Is Lewis Skelly even playing regularly for Arsenal? Edited March 12 by AyeDubbleYoo

Is Lewis Skelly even playing regularly for Arsenal? It's between Hall and Nico O'Reilly for the starting spot, unless Tuchel plays Tino LB and James RB. I think those are the 4 FBs he'll take anyway. Hall should be well ahead of O'Reilly by now. Edited March 12 by Interpolic
