black_n_white
Would like to hear everyone’s thoughts on Isak moving out wide, not sure I’m a fan and it left us open down the left at times
54
Fucking love that point. It wasn't a vintage performance, but it was always going to be a bit like that in our first game back, especially when you're going away to the San Siro and it was a lot of these guys first taste of Champions League football, and we were resolute, strong and preformed well off the ball, left absolutely everything on the pitch and that all you can ask for. Getting a point away from home it's great, and hopefully the players now feel settled at this level. Up the fucking lads.
andycap
I'm gonna be honest I'm worried we look shit like. No ball retention no press, bog standard players getting games because they're good lads. Not giving the young uns game time despite our team struggling. Match fitness will be lacking. Well done tonight lads.
Jagten
Our total inability to create chances is v concerning.

We aren’t clicking at all. We have dropped much deeper and lack the intensity of last season. Baffling tbh.
Wolfcastle
Bit of a classic away performance really, especially in Europe. People forget in hindsight that the home team in those games has chances and often good one. Got to expect something like that many chances at worse teams than Milan. Kyiv ran rings around us under Sir Bobby for example.

Absolutely honking lack of quality on the ball from all. Miggy tracking back was great at times to break up play

Andy
Great result, but there are issues that need addressing with the huge gaps in our midfield and the lack of any fluidity in our attacking play, which aren't problems isolated to this performance. Doops
Lucky we didn't pay for leaving Isak on the pitch. He should have been taken off long before he was.

SUPERTOON
Not sure if it’s tactical or for fitness reasons, but would love to know where our intensity has gone.
Geogaddi
Shite performance and second best throughout but an excellent point, we will beat them at home .
Memphis
Let's just go ahead and say, brilliant to get a point at Milan. Excellent result. Better second half but obviously that's a low bar to clear. Improvements are needed in quality but certainly we showed great resilience.

Had our whole attack in his pocket, but Isak was terrible when he moved to the left also so not only Tomori.

Smal
I thought Longstaff was absolutely tremendous in that second half. Trippier is our only world class player though. It properly shows in games like that.
Tsunami
Would have taken a point beforehand. Game was definitely there to be won. We played it far too safe imo. No idea how we’ll approach the PSG game. You have to win your home games.
