One of the greatest results in their history if they do. After the Christmas schedule a nothing game would have been handy with the fixtures and objectives either side of it. Even allowing for Sheffield Wed last season nobody could blame Howe for fielding as weak a team as possible in the circumstances - cant take that chance now. The objective would be the opposite of that game, give it hell for 45mins and get the game won then bring on the kids. They seem to play with inverted wingers, have an aversion to passing forward, and can't shoot unless they're on the opposing keepers line. That Clark seems canny for them, but is one of those inverted wingers that just runs into trouble because he always chooses to cut inside. See a few sentiments about kicking us all over, and although they might to make up for lack of skill, they actually look fairly young and lightweight, especially in midfield.
