Think we're favourites here but could still be a tough game. They gave it a good go for a bit last time till we nicked one on the counter.

Wonder if the points deductions has allowed them to take some of their anger and direct it outwards, rather than inwards, which could help them a bit.

Was it 1-0 or 1-1 when they had a goal (correctly) ruled out? Could have been a very different game.

We need to be on it tonight.

Man, our bench is something else

What you talking about, four of those nine players have started a game for us at least once, making them starters.

And in modern football, if you're not aware, it's common to name your fourth choice keeper to the match day squad, it's called an impact substitution.

We haven’t played an Everton 3pm kick off since Ben Arfa in 2010. Most have been mid week with only coach or car options to get there. Many have been on TV, little wonder we’ve struggled to sell out the full 3k allocation we could ask for.

Pretty sure under Ashley we didn’t even ask for the full allocation. 13 years of midweek games, with an awful view, between 2 bang average sides and the prospect of getting home at 1am at the earliest would take its toll on even the most ardent fan.
