The actual fees were somewhat meaningless in June for satisfying that three year period. But for this and future accounting periods what @r0cafella is saying is right. Vlachodimos costs us £6-7m per year. That's more than Anderson and Minteh cost us combined, so it's now a net negative for a useless player. 

 

What's done is done, desperate times and all that. There could have been worse outcomes, but it's certainly not ideal.

You can't just focus on the new accounting period and put the previous one that needed to be sorted out to one side when you're looking at the whole situation. It's only a net negative if you willingly choose to look at one and not the other.
