AyeDubbleYoo
He’s good. Sure they’re bringing him on out wide right now to take the pressure off and allow Wilson to play, I don’t think that means much for how we see him overall.

We've seen why Wilson comes on as a 9 before him, and that's because he's seen as a RW but the coaching staff. Maybe, when he's more polished they'll use him through the middle again, but right now they don't see him as that. We really haven’t seen why. There’s no excuse for Wilson to be brought on as a central striker again.

Norseman
He's so quick and energetic. Still raw and needs to work on his decision making, but I think he's improved a lot over the season.

They dont trust him, we know that, but we dont have much evidence to say for certain they regard him as a RW.

Game of opinions and all that, but this as the takeaway from that cameo baffles me tbh.

gbandit
Delighted for him today, there’s enough about his game to like. Even if it’s not very well rounded he’s got pace, trickery and huge energy. He seems to work quite well from the right, especially late in games. I imagine he’d be poor there for a lot of the game as I don’t think he’s the most disciplined or the best at crossing but he looks really dangerous against stretched teams

It was certainly on target and looked to be going in unless the keeper would have saved it. We were having the same discussions about lack of game time for Hall last year. Next year will, I would imagine be the one where he will push on and utilised more. If not then he will probably be off loaded next year at no significant loss and maybe even a profit. His decision making was actually very good today.

Wilson comes on and just contributes nothing. It’s such a shame, but other than a goodbye cameo I wouldn’t bring him on again.
