Really want him to be a player for us as he’s obviously a top guy but he’s been worse than useless in all but 3-4 games he’s played. This is the problem, his heads gone. He's clearly a confidence player and he's not feeling it and may now never feel it for us. As someone who suffers from the same thing when I played at a much much much much lower level I know hard it is when you don't feel loved. I also know that it's hard for anyone to love you when you're playing like that, it's a vicious circle.
