Faded a bit after the break but that's another relatively encouraging performance, without setting the world on fire yet.

Game was made to measure with the space in behind, still concerned he's no cop at all against any team defending deep however.

When he's given a bit of freedom I think he's more dangerous and a better player popping up on left etc. Played well and hopefully Howe finding right way to play him.

He's never going to be great close control and going past people and we need to find ways to stretch the space so he can run into it because he's rapid, it's the same with Gordon really

If we can stay in the competition, he could be our real wildcard in the knockouts against the bigger sides when we're sitting back like first-half today. Very nearly worked to perfection. His pace caused a bit of a nuisance, then Gordon and Barnes almost finished the job off for us with fresh legs.

Arguably his best performance considering the circumstances, made plenty of mistakes but everyone did and so did PSG. He showed some hunger and commitment and some quality re a few little short passes under pressure that worked well.

Definitely wasn't a huge liability like he has unfortunately been often. Hopefully he carries on like this.

Thought he was OK tonight.

He made some great runs, especially in the first half but the passes into him were shite. A better ball and he would have been in a few times.

Loved the fluidity he had along with a few others. Like Miley and Hall stepping into midfield. Willock in some sort of wide, inside left, attacking mid free role. He was popping up all over. Was brilliant first half. Faded in the second.

We rarely see that level of interchanging and movement from a Howe team. Similar to Marseille first half. I thought it worked really well.

One absolutely bollocks pass in the second half aside i thought he was decent. Was a threat, looked like he wanted the ball often and used his pace. I do think we should have played more balls over the top for him though.

Hopefully in the coming weeks he can get 2/3 90 min matches under his belt - like Man C and Villa in the cup - not playing much is clearly an issue

It's not even lack of talent, he just hasn't got the mentality to be a big club player. Look at the swagger on Ekitike and then look at Elanga.

Shite. Again.

Really?? I thought he covered Tripps all the time he was on and was better in attack than some players.

He was manhandled by Kerkez on at least 4 occasions.

I do think he will become an important player for us when he regains his confidence

Surely that swagger comes when you're in form.

Yeah. Really. What do you think he contributed in attack?

Nah - I thought he was ok.  Made some great runs today and defensively was good.

£55m. No goals. 1 assist. 6 months in but he made some good runs. Mint.

Ekitike had it when he had the balls to turn us down twice because he thought he was destined for stardom. You make your own form if you've got the swagger.
