I think you’re trying to buy 4 years ago prices, Sunderland sold (and bought) for almost £40m. £55m does not go as far as you think these days.

It was just another way of asking what’s good about him? What’s his strengths? As I’ve said I haven’t read much about him. EH liking him is a given

It's a common and lazy argument thrown about. If this is referring to a player that has Elanga's qualities plus others, he's not costing 55m at all.
