Lush Vlad
Fucking pathetic in the end that. Totally lost our way after the subs. Some of the finishing was horrendous. Non-league stuff. Shame, as yet again. We have played really well up until the box. Bit worried where the goals are coming from this season.
LiquidAK
Excellent first half performance, really shit second half. Both a game we could have won comfortably and also a game we deserved to lose. Massively frustrating. Our finishing was nonexistent. Some positives in the energy and intensity we showed in the first half, more like our old selves.
clintdempsey
Performances against Everton and Brighton have been OK or better in spots. But there’s no alternate universe where 0 goals and 1 pt from those two games are anything but an utter disappointment.
ikri
We missed so many opportunities in that game that the team really can't have too many complaints about the loss. We played well everywhere except when it came to putting the ball in the back of the net, then we completely fell apart. Atrocious refereeing didn't help. aussiemag
Need one of those Eddie Howe runs of 5 wins in a row to come, just after you think he’s lost the plot.
Sibierski
Don’t know how Barnes didn’t start that game after training all week, then Gordon wasted two glaring chances. Barnes will rightly be questioning his long term future.
r0cafella
I recall @Ronaldomentioning during our fifth placed finish season that we are flat track bullies, we do certainly seem to lack finesse as evidenced today.

adamjk007
We must have the worst set pieces in the league, do we even work on them. We are starting to look very predictable. That second half was beyond shocking

andyman
We're going through a semi-rough patch these days. Nothing clicks. Positive start to the game, ended with a frustrating performance and an even more disappointing result. Oh, well. Let's hope it turns around for the better soon! Danh1
Howe can fuck off with them subs. I used to give Bruce shit for having no plan and just putting every striker on but even that was preferred to what I’ve just witnessed. Losing faith in him icl. Tough games ahead. If he doesn’t want to let Mitchell run the show then replace him.

I know people will come at me, but I don't believe he's a good enough manager to be challenging for Top Four every season. I really like him but his midfield 3 tactic is shit. He needs to stop being stubborn and do something different. Doesn’t matter which 3 play there it’s the same issue week after week. It massively isolates our best player. the problem is our recruitment has failed to bring in a single player who could help us change.
alexf
Blaming Howe for Isak and Gordon's woeful finishing today is a wild take. We had the majority of the game so tactical he got it mostly right. But we were awful in the final 3rd today and a lack of nous at the back cost us dearly. Big Geordie
Not good enough despite playing reasonably well. Starting to get the feeling that this might be going stale - got an air of 2003/04 about it. Tough few weeks ahead too.
Hanshithispantz
Don't think there was anything wrong tactically tonight like Isak unfit and Barnes should have started, but we dominated the game and if we play like that for most of the season we'll challenge for top 4. It's just annoying we've already dropped the ball too many times at the start of the season. Edited October 19, 2024 by Hanshithispantz
Ronaldo
Needed a win today with the fall down the league coming up next. Someone will lose their job because of that shitshow of a window. Loads of effort and pressure but ultimately it’s pound shop Klopp and has been for a while. I’ve said this before but whoever is in charge of the attacking set pieces should be ashamed of themselves. They’re abject.
