Newcastle United vs. West Ham United: 25/11/24 @ 20:00 (Sky Sports)

Recommended Posts

If we can somehow get Trippier and Wilson back amongst the subs, our options off the bench are looking really strong with Barnes and Tonali coming on as "finishers" aswell.

Just need to get some defensive reinforcements back healthy aswell. Looking forward to having Botman back as an option soon hopefully, but will still leave Schar as the only fit right footed CB. I think it's a must we sign another cb in January.

Will be good to see Kelly get a start at CB in a full strength team. Thankfully West Ham aren't the kind of team where we'll particularly miss Burns height and actually Kellys better recovery pace will be useful against their biggest threat which I'm assuming will be counter attacks.

I'm hoping for a clean sheet, 2-0. Isak and Schar.

I’d be tempted to start Tonali ahead of Bruno for this one. Bruno played practically two full 90 minute games and we should give him some more recovery time

Nah. He makes us tick, our captain, our talisman.

They are usually straight on the plane back after international games no? He played Tuesday night, well early hours Wednesday our time. We don’t play until Monday night.

He’s come back and been fine after international breaks with a shorter turnaround.

He’ll start IMO. Rightly so.

Tonali actually did play two full 90 minute games.

Not many, if any, goals I’ve celebrated like I celebrated those two.

Never forget Big Vurn turning into prime Ngolo Kante for the afternoon too.
