He comes across really well in the Undr the Cosh interview he did, is effusive for his praise for the region and the people up here and seems like a likable bloke. He's done a class job at Bromley also, top half in League 2 as it stands, first ever EFL promotion and an FA Trophy. Some going on a fairly ordinary budget.
