I actually think the harder games coming up will help us manage the run a bit better. Less room for complacency.

Agreed. The narrative on the board is that we don’t show up against “lesser” teams so maybe a harder run works out best for us.

2 good tests of where we are coming up against 2 underperforming teams.

What's manures likely lineup?

Onana

Mazraroui

Maguire

De Ligt

Martinez

Dalot

Casemiro

Mainoo

Eriksen

Amad

Hojlund

Probably something like that. He might play Yoro to deal with Gordon's pace.

If Mainoo is injured he'll probably drop Eriksen deeper and start Garnacho. He doesn't seem to like playing Hojlund and Zirkzee together but Zirkzee seems more of a #10 than a #9 to me.

I know it's especially poor for them atm in terms of injuries/suspensions, but this 11 Man U field on Monday may be the worst one we have faced at Old Trafford. Massive opportunity to get three points. If we're full strength and tney're having to play the likes of Casemiro, Mainoo, and Eriksen against Tonali, J7, and Bruno I may even make us favourites. Can't remember ever thinking that going into a game at Old Trafford.

No form, new system, no Fernandes, no tackly man [can't remember his name]. We are going to go there and absolutely batter them.

2-1 Man U.

Casemiro? Is he tackly man? 🤔

I'd be extremely confident about this if we were at home, but even with them having players out, being in poor form and us finding form, I still find it hard to visualise winning at Old Trafford purely because of our league record there.

I agree. Over recent years we've had reason to be confident going there but then you remember that almost every time we go to Old Trafford, we play completely fucking shite.

Just don't let them counter attack and give the crowd anything to get excited about. Look to hit them quick with an early goal if we can again and then just pick our moments.

We have shown that going forward recently we can cause teams massive problems. No need to overcommit away from home. Let the game come to us and use any home enthusiasm against them.

If we turn up here we win. They may be shit but history has taught us we can't half arse it, everyone needs to be on it still.

Apparently Spuds have no fit CBs as well. All too perfect. Probably lose both games.

They're both dogshit, and we're flying high and in fantastic form. We're absolutely fucked.

Nailed on 😂(to be fair in absolutely relishing Gordon, Isak, Murphy and Bruno going at that spurs defence playing a “that’s who we are mate” ludicrous high line
