This was very evident last night by the way, its so irritating:

They had 11 corners yesterday,  so that's nearly 10 minutes spent/wasted!

Looks like you can get all the way down in the morning of the Sat, but takes an hour longer than usual.

Is the extra hour not due to the bus replacement to York?

Simple fix to this. Corner is given, 30 second timer starts ref blows whistle after 30 seconds and if you haven't taken it opposition get a goal kick. I'd do the same for goal kicks, ball goes out 30 seconds to take it or oppo get a corner.

Not to get too far ahead of ourselves but bus replacement on the weekend of the final would make getting to London a proper chew on.

Just looked at booking tickets, most trains are direct. Returns at 1900 or 2100 on Sunday are 4 hour trains without changes or busses.

Any idea what time the final will be? Hopefully an earlier KO than last time 1600 kick off made getting back to kings cross for my train a bit tight.

Saying they have no chance in the 2nd leg is a bit daft, an early goal for them and the landscape changes. The Toon fan on that video is almost as annoying as the precious little gimp

Aye, the Toon fan making himself wide open to a big embarrassment there. Even us as the wider fanbase. The general piss take from fans of other clubs will be "remember that time you thought you'd reached the final then blew it?" Even though I'd hope most would  stick to being quietly confident. Stay humble. Don't celebrate until the lads hopefully see the job through. The excitement and confidence is understandable of course.

Looking at the longer video he’s clearly got some history with wee Ty and is winding him up.

Would like to see them do their rank set piece organized dance without blatantly fouling. see how successful it is after that. I'm all for unique innovations but their stuff is fucking atrocious.

I know there is a culture and everything to why some people talk like that, but half these kids doing it is so forced and cringe trying to sound cool.

Just further to this, I just worked it out, this is Premier League only, but if you take that average and and multiply it by the 125 corners they've had, it means they're wasted 99.6 minutes of matches just on taking corners alone. We're only two games into the season and they've wiped out a single full match, trying to be set piece freaks.

I don't understand how these watchalongs get viewers at the best of times but how are you making a living and getting YouTube subscriber plaques when you can't even stay awake for the pissing watchalong?

I watch some utter shite but people need to have more respect for their fucking brains, man.

For what it’s worth, I had a double dream last night.

I dreamt that we drew 0-0 with Arsenal in the 2nd leg, then played Liverpool in the final with the game being rather like last nights in how it panned out, and also with the 2-0 scoreline, with a goal in each half. I was then celebrating in a pub in Amble, and Shearer was there and I celebrated with him.

I realised at this point that it was a dream, but anyway I went back to sleep and once again dreamt the exact same thing, except without meeting Shearer in a pub celebrating afterwards.

Why would I want to watch someone watch a match when I could watch the match? If I have both on, I’m obviously not concentrating that much into the match.

I get the impression that for a lot of fans, especially younger fans, it’s more about looking like you are a fan, and acting like you are, than actually being a fan.

Also, how do so many of these super fans who are U.K. based get away with doing it on Saturday 3pm KO’s?

Arsenal fans TV had a whole studio with fake stands in it where they watched games live, including Saturday 3pm KO’s.

I also had a dream about the final and Wilson scores the winning goal. :smitten:

Ahhh, but said dream has now been projected so will come into existence. The power of the universe at work Stifler. We dream for a reason.
