We Had 81.4% possession today, can’t remember the last time we’ve had it that high against 11 men.

Heard someone on the way out the ground saying "we weren't all over them or anything" and "we didn't press them" Football knowledge off the scale.

Not seen any replays but in real time Targett, Longstaff, Almiron and probably Barnes need to be sold to raise PSR funds. All very poor today. Only going to get worse, apart from Barnes who might hold his value.

Miley was very good, Kelly grew into the game as did Osula. Bruno and Gordon made a big difference.

Harsh on Targett, he was the pick of that bunch by some stretch

I agree about Longstaff and Almiron, but not the other two.

Yes you can say it's been an easy game to officiate but nice to see a ref get pretty much everything right

Did he fuck, he missed two clear bookings (for anything......the other 5 parts of my bet builder are in).

I did like that he didn't book the Bromley player for running through and "scoring" at the Gallowgate end, despite being ages after the whistle. TV flashed to Woodman chuckling about the finish. Even not counting it will be a great memory for that guy.

Good game today - Bromley did really well and full credit to them. We looked much better in the 2nd half, when we started shifting the ball quicker. Two belter goals from Miley and Osula. :coolsmiley:

MoM - Miley.

People behind me were whinging constantly, particularly not ‘shooting on sight’.

Yeah. I thought he was good considering he’s barely played for a year or so.

Said it in the match thread I'd keep a hold of him if he accepts his back up status, he can offer this set up something. However, I've been reading a couple of prem clubs fancy him and psr shite etc

Miley and Osula with belters is delightful,  a slalom finale from Sanusi would have been the full house but nice way to win . Yeh some negatives and some guys not there but I thought it was the ‘ FA cup’ in its sentimentality

When was the last time we comfortably rested the majority of our team and won an FA cup tie? It’s not perfect but things are progressing

It's only a couple of years since we were asking "when was the last time we won an FA Cup tie?"

Their LB (number 30) looks like he could be a player. Tall, comfortable on the ball and looked fairly quick. Don’t know how old he is but he looks like he’s playing below where he could be. He’s the lad who smashed the ball in late on.

Felt a bit like a testimonial in the second half, the corner did a great job of singing about basically every player to have played for us.

Dubravka - Turns out he still can’t dive low to his right. Would be daft to get rid whilst Pope is out.

Trippier - Rusty? Complacent? To be fair it’s difficult when paired with an idiot.

Schar - Fine, no fuss.

Kelly - Alright, lost a few in the air

Targett - Kept going, 2 assists! Just an average left back who would be a good squad player if fit.

Miley - Best player on the pitch. Great hit. Hopefully we are able to involve him more but competition for places in that position is very strong.

Longstaff - Awful in games like this. Breaking down a packed defence needs quick play and incisiveness and he sadly lacks this. Miley should get his minutes.

Joelinton/Bruno - Aye. Did a job.

Barnes - Pretty poor. If he’s not cutting inside and shooting he’s not doing much.

Almiron - He’s done. Just has nothing to offer. Trippier and Schar were annoyed by him cutting back in rather than taking on his man.

Osula - Chaos! Something to work with. Already looks better than he did a few months ago.

Sanusi - Probably tried too hard, not a lot came off for him.

Gordon - Didn’t have to do much other than slot a penalty
