Big Geordie Posted Saturday at 17:37 Share Posted Saturday at 17:37 Does make you wonder whether we have hit a wall since the takeover, with PSR causing us real problems for building and refreshing the side. There's already murmurs of there not being much of a spending spree come the summer.

Wolfcastle Posted Saturday at 17:41 Share Posted Saturday at 17:41 Whether the thinking is players start games with a 5 rating and it goes up or down from there or start with a 0 and it goes up from there pending performance, only the subs reached 5 ratings for me. El Prontonise Posted Saturday at 17:42 Share Posted Saturday at 17:42 Just now, Wolfcastle said: Whether the thinking is players start games with a 5 rating and it goes up or down from there or start with a 0 and it goes up from there pending performance, only the subs reached 5 ratings for me. Ratings are very subjective. One person's 6 is another person's 4 etc.
duo Posted Saturday at 17:44 Share Posted Saturday at 17:44 (edited) Can we lock this thread and throw it in the bin. I want to forget this game ever happened. Edited Saturday at 17:44 by duo
Big Geordie Posted Saturday at 17:46 Share Posted Saturday at 17:46 Manager hasn't been on Radio Newcastle yet, which is unusual. He must be giving them a proper bollocking.
Alberto2005 Posted Saturday at 17:48 Share Posted Saturday at 17:48 Turned it off at 2-0 I'd had enough. Did Miley play a bit further forward than usual?

Nucasol Posted Saturday at 17:50 Share Posted Saturday at 17:50 Goals now up on YewChewb. Not that you’d want to subject yourself to a 2nd torture session. Tripps not coming off well for goals 1 and 2, Hall roasted by Savinho for the third.

samptime29 Posted Saturday at 18:05 Share Posted Saturday at 18:05 Really disappointing. We can beat any team on our day but we are also very beatable.
St1pe Posted Saturday at 18:10 Share Posted Saturday at 18:10 People seem to forget Man City are really fucking good as well mind. They’ve had a blip but I think a lot of people got carried away with them being finished.
Kilcline Posted Saturday at 18:10 Share Posted Saturday at 18:10 Saw a few Newcastle tops around last night and this morning...so if anyone is going back to the Stockport Central Premier Inn and fancies a couple of pints and a moan drop me a PM 😅

You would think there will and should be changes for Forest, next week. He has to take the blame for the tactics at kick off. We just stood off them, let them build confidence, and never tried to get at them. At least rattle them a bit and see if they make the same mistakes they have for other teams. Gas oven went out last night, so at least I've got the misery of getting my wallet out to fix it to take the edge off this weekend
Rafalove Posted Saturday at 18:27 Share Posted Saturday at 18:27 Got a feeling Marmoush will be one of those players that scores against us every time now. Ugh.
Gallowgate Toon Posted Saturday at 18:29 Share Posted Saturday at 18:29 So disappointing, I think we underestimated them more than anything. This team knows how to work when they're in the right mindset. There was a fair case for Trippier to start in that Tino hasn't nailed his place and needs to develop an elite mentality, but it's both good & bad that they're such different players when balancing form/tactics. Maybe Krafth needs to be taken more seriously now as a balanced alternative.
