We looked very rusty final third but that goal will do as a world of good. Trippier was fantastic this first half.

  feels like the kind of bullshit-ending-to-the-half-goal we gave up every other game from ~ 2005-2022, rafa era excluded. If I'm a brentford fan I'm just shaking my head in disbelief.

Could be better could be worse, happy with the scoreline. Some look energised by the final, others look shagged. Just really hope we don't take our foot off the pedal and that Isak and Joelinton can find some energy.

Tight game but we just about deserve to be edging that. Good stuff, we definitely don't look complacent, just a bit tired weirdly. Great performances from Tino and Tripps

That goal was massive. Started off well but after that a bit sloppy.

Should kill this off inside 10 mins of 2nd half IMO. We go 2-0 up, Brentford will just go through emotions and accept a 2-0 defeat.

Break neck game.

 Some absolutely stunning movement and free flowing attacking from us at times. No surprises we lack a bit of killer instinct and mess up the last pass too often but we are also creating enough players (Isak) is bound to score eventually.

 

Just have to keep it tighter in defensive midfield and watch the Brentford breaks.
