Mazzy
Zero expectations for this. Could lose 2-0 and I wouldn't be shocked. Any sort of draw would be fine. A win would actually surprise me somewhat.
Aiston
Got a shite record vs them, especially away. Would be happy with a draw, keep the points ticking along.
ponsaelius
Wouldn't take a draw personally. Don't think it massively helps us as I still think we'd probably need to win the two homes games. A win would be absolutely huge.

54
A draw is a moot point really, we've not drawn a game since the 3-3 Vs Liverpool in December, 28 games ago
buzza
next two games are must win if we want CL! Brighton are very hit and miss, not sure if we should press them high as they do play through the press well, if so, I would have Gordon back on the field..also to help track back and mark Minteh. Danh1
Don’t mind a draw personally. Means if we win the two home games we’ve got CL, regardless of what happens elsewhere. Lose this and we’d need a point at Arsenal, who’ll want to get one over us.
Ronaldo
They’re a pretty poor side this season and how they’ve beaten us twice I don’t know. Should be aiming for a win but a draw will be an OK result in context.

alexf
We carry a decent threat going forward. I mean we weren't bang on it yesterday but look at the way we peppered them with crosses and got down the sides time and again. Alot of teams struggle to beat low blocks especially when down to ten men, and we are often guilty of struggling to break down teams who sit in. But we just kept chipping away yesterday. Isak missed two sitters by his standards and we had a couple cleared off the line and Tonali hit the bar. So whilst it was frustrating to watch as a Newcastle fan, on reflection, it just showed how strong we are. Brighton have the tools to hurt us defensively, but the more they attack us, they more space they leave for our forward players. I'm hopefully we can outscore them in this. Just hope the defense tightens up as I do fear we have looked a little vulnerable when teams get at us properly.
midds
If Joelinton is out I wonder if we just try and match them up and go 4-2-3-1. Play Tonali and Bruno centrally, Barnes left, Murphy right and either Gordon or Willock in the centre behind Isak. Would be one way to get Gordon, Barnes and Murphy in the same XI. Just an idea like
alexf
How often has Eddie changed formation though. Can probably count on one had and that's normally it we have gone for 3 at the back. I think it's likely to be same again with Willock starting in place of Joelinton. Think this game could suit Willock more than Ipswich to be fair. A week between games, just about full strength, Brighton form very patchy. Reckon we win it.

This one is not a must win so don’t be disheartened if we don’t win it. Chelsea is a must not lose game that will become a must win if we don’t win on Sunday but we can lose here and still comfortably get top 5. Should really only need to win the home games unless everyone else is perfect
TRon
We've lost to them twice this season, but they have hardly been great otherwise. We should be looking at how other teams are having success against them and tweak our game plan to that. Especially if Joelinton is out.
