I was only being half serious and I know the journos are guessing half the time or using incomplete information. But you would like to think that everything was done and it was just dependant on Brentford getting their replacement. What with everything we have read and us being so heavily linked and invested for the best part of a month. It doesn’t feel like that at all and like we are going to waste yet more days, to get him in and training. But of course I could be well wrong and we get some proper movement today. Yes I know, and I've been saying the same thing most weekends during this transfer window as well. This is the Wilson replacement, it should have been done already ideally, but with Isak going on strike it's become imparative. I mean sure, I think we can all agree Haaland is stronger than Gordon. to be honest I think Gordon was probably better off going down and getting Konsa sent off, given his finishing of late, I’m not convinced he would have scored.
